Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Processing times may vary during peak periods, product launches, or promotional events.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States mainland. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier service.
Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Delays
Sol que pica is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If an order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at solquepica@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date alongside your order number and photo of the package recieved. We will review each case and provide assistance when applicable.
